Privacy Policy (Beta)

We are building XperienC AI as a beta product. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, company name, role.
- CRM data you connect (accounts, contacts/people, and related metadata).
- Usage data: feature usage, logs, and diagnostics needed to operate the service.
- Support data: messages you send to support or feedback forms.
How we use data
We use your data only to provide and improve the service you requested:
- Connect and sync your CRM data.
- Generate insights, workflows, and support responses inside the app.
- Provide billing and account management.
- Debug issues and respond to support requests.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your data to train public or generalized AI models.
- We do not run ads or use third‑party ad trackers.
Data sharing
We may share data with service providers that help us run the app (hosting, email, billing). Examples include Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (billing), and SendGrid (email).
If you add a Bring‑Your‑Own LLM key (e.g., OpenAI), your prompts and allowed context are sent directly to that provider under your account and their policies. We do not train models with your data.
Security
We use encryption at rest and in transit where possible, and we restrict access to production data to the minimum required for support and operations.
Beta acknowledgement
Data retention & deletion
You own your data. If you want your data deleted, email support@xperienc.ai. We will confirm and remove your data within a reasonable period.
