Terms of Use (Beta)

These Terms govern your use of the XperienC AI beta product (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

3) Your data

You own your data. You grant us permission to process your data only to operate the Service for you. We do not use your data to train public or generalized AI models.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not violate laws or third‑party rights.
• Do not attempt to access data that isn’t yours.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service.

5) Fees and billing

During beta, pricing and plan requirements may change. Some features may require a card on file. We will not intentionally charge you for a Free plan during beta.

6) Third‑party services

If you connect third‑party services (CRMs, LLM providers), you are responsible for complying with their terms. Data sent to those services is governed by their policies.

7) Disclaimers

We provide the Service “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XperienC AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or $0 for Free/beta accounts).

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
