AI Data Usage Policy

1) What we send to model providers

• Prompt content and approved context required to answer the request.
• For bring-your-own-key setups, calls are made under the configured customer key.
• Provider-side handling is governed by the provider's own terms and policies.

2) What we do not do

• We do not sell prompt or response data.
• We do not use customer prompts or context to train generalized models.
• We do not use ad trackers in AI flows.

3) Minimization and controls

• We apply policy controls to limit exposed fields in AI context.
• Sensitive identifiers are masked or excluded where controls are available.
• Customers can revoke provider keys and disable AI features.

4) Retention and deletion

AI-related artifacts are retained only as required for service operations, support, and security. Deletion requests are handled through support.
