Quick answers for setup, usage, and common beta issues.

Setup

Q: I can’t access /app after login.

You must complete setup first. Go to /setup and finish plan + card on file.

Q: Do I need to connect Zoho?

Zoho is the preferred path, but you can use mock_mode as a fallback for beta.

Q: My sync is stuck.

Check the Integrations panel for sync status and errors. Try “Sync now.” If it fails, contact support.

“What am I looking at?”

Q: What does the heatmap show?

Heat indicates friction or risk in a stage/role. Pins represent people or accounts. Pulsing pins are suggested focus targets.

Q: What should I do next?

Click a hot pin and save an action. Or use Support Chat to get a suggested next step.

Common issues

Q: I see “LLM access restricted.”

LLM is allowlisted during beta (support@xperienc.ai). Ask support to add your email.

Q: “Encryption key missing” error

The server is missing required encryption keys. Contact support to resolve.
